About L30 Community Centre
A community-led hub helping people connect, belong and thrive
Our Mission
The L30 Community Centre Netherton exists to bring people together through inclusive, supportive, and engaging activities. As a community-led and welcoming space, our mission is to strengthen social connection, promote community wellbeing, and ensure that everyone feels valued and supported. We are committed to creating opportunities for local people to connect, learn, and thrive, while helping to reduce isolation and build a stronger community for all.
Managed by the registered charity Fun 4 Kidz and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, Cadent and The Steve Morgan Foundation, L30 Community Centre is located in the heart of the Sefton Estate in Netherton, next to The Grange Primary School.
The centre is conveniently situated just off Northern Perimeter Road, with easy access from Dunningsbridge Road, the M57, M58 and Formby Bypass.
As a community-driven hub, L30 Community Centre supports the Netherton community and wider Sefton community by providing an accessible venue where local people can come together for activities, events, training, support services, and celebrations.
Available to hire during the day, evenings and weekends, L30 Community Centre offers a range of facilities suitable for community groups, organisations, businesses, and private events.

We also operate a fully accessible minibus for community trips, ranging from local market visits to days out on the Pride of Sefton, helping local people stay connected and take part in enjoyable shared experiences.

L30 Projects
For over ten years, L30’s Million Big Local brought local residents together to decide how a million pounds should be invested in Netherton. The partnership, made up entirely of local people, listened, debated, made difficult choices and backed ideas that brought neighbours together and made real change happen.
